ABOUT SARA ASHLEY
Hi! I’m Sara Ashley, licensed psychotherapist, business mentor, and founder of SABI Pathways Holistic Wellness and Sara Ashley Coaching.
I’ve spent over a decade helping hundreds of people heal from trauma, depression, and anxiety, empowering them to take charge of their mental health and their lives through a holistic, mind-body-soul approach.
When I opened my private practice in 2019, I was committed to real healing, not just symptom management. But even with all the traditional tools, I saw clients stay stuck. That changed when I discovered Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Mental & Emotional Release®, and subconscious healing.
I watched one of my most challenging clients overcome severe panic disorder and completely transform her life and it lit a fire in me. That breakthrough led me to create Breakthrough Release Therapy™ (BRT) - a signature method that blends subconscious reprogramming, somatics, and strategic coaching for fast, lasting results.
Since then, I’ve built a 7-figure therapy agency, a multi-six-figure coaching business, and a certification program that trains therapists and coaches in this work. I’ve helped women scale beyond 6-figures, lead from alignment, and build purpose-driven businesses rooted in deep healing and powerful results.
